Okay, let’s check a few things first. Have you checked your Junk / Spam folder? As sometimes if you haven’t used Oztix before your email may end up in there. Also check that you spelt your email address correctly, one little mistake could mean your email not arriving in your inbox.

Once you have checked these things, then please can contact Oztix on 1300 762 545. Also you can arrive at the show and the friendly Oztix staff at the Ticketing Box Office can also assist.

We’re operating in a COVID safe way and as such, there will be no ticket sales available at the gate. However, if you are unsure how to carry out an online ticket purchase, we will have friendly customer service attendants available at the gate to help you purchase a ticket using your own personal mobile device (or on our iPads if required).

Please pre-purchase your ticket to the event as door sales will not be available.

If there is too much to see in one day and you would like to come back another day, you can purchase a Return Pass from the Show Office for only $12 each.

Please note that goods must be collected the same day and cannot be left at Parcel Pickup overnight.
