Help! I haven’t received my tickets?

Have you checked your Junk / Spam folder? As sometimes if you haven’t used Oztix before your email may end up in there. Also check that you spelt your email address correctly, one little mistake could mean your email not arriving in your inbox.

Once you have checked these things, then please can contact Oztix on 1300 762 545. Also you can arrive at the show and the friendly Oztix staff at the Ticketing Box Office can also assist.

Can I purchase my tickets at the gate?

There will be no tickets available for purchase at the gate however, if you are unsure how to carry out an online ticket purchase, we will have customer service attendants available at the gate to help you purchase a ticket using your own personal mobile device (or our iPads if required).

We recommend that you pre-purchase your ticket to the event as door sales will not be available.

Can I return on another day? Do you have a Return Pass?

For our 2021 event we have a Return Pass. If there is too much to see in one day and you would like to come back another day, you can purchase a Return Pass from the Show Office for only $10 each. Return passes must be purchased before you exit the venue (until 5pm) and only 1 return pass per ticket holder (Adult/Concession) is permitted to be purchased.

Do I qualify for a concession ticket?

To qualify for a concession ticket you must be either a;

Pensioner with a Pensioner Concession Card issued by a State or Territory of Australia.

Senior citizen in possession of legitimate, Australian issued Senior Citizen Card, including WA Seniors Card.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Card.

Full-time tertiary student in possession of a Student Identification Card.

Please be aware that all cards presented must be valid at the time they are presented and visitors will be asked to present the relevant concession card at the gate in order to gain entry.

How can I avoid the queue?

The Perth Caravan & Camping Show attracts big crowds and this inevitably results in some delays when entering the Show, particularly around peak times. Pre-purchase your ticket online and have this ready to scan on arrival at the Gate so we can all enjoy a smoother entry.

When do tickets go on sale online?

Tickets will be available through Oztix prior to the event from the 1st January 2021.

Do companion card holders enter free?

We recognise the Companion Card and are happy to issue the cardholder with a second ticket for their companion at no charge. Please note that there will be measures in place to adhere to Contact Tracing Requirements.
